In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators, by the execution of this entry form, release and discharge LAVMC and their officers, directors, representatives, members, and anyone else connected with the LAVMC from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his person or property.  Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the forgiving entries, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant and under the direction or control of the entrant.




You are welcome to stay parked until 5:00 pm




Judging will be accomplished by the car owners as they complete their ballots.

Your check-in package will contain your ballot, check-in instructions, award instructions, and a goodie bag. On this sheet all car owners will circle category 1  (Best in Show) and enter one additional category that best describes their car, as approved by the Car Show Mgr. 

Please drop off your completed ballot at the voting box located by the announcer’s booth no later than 11:00 a.m. Trophies will be handed out at 12:00 noon at the announcer’s booth.

4. Best Classic Truck (modified or stock, pre 87)

5. Best Muscle Car (stock 1960-1987)

6. Best Rat Rod

7. Best Classic Antique (pre-1942 stock)

8. Best Patina Car or Trucks

9. Best Sports Car (2 seater)

10. Best Volkswagen

11. Best Classic 1930-1940 Roadsters/Coupes

12. Best Low Rider                                              



Check-in will be from 07:00 am to 09:00 am on Sept 23rd at the intersection of Centennial and Bell St. (see map). All Car show entries are encouraged to have their registration forms filled out and paid prior to check-in, but late entries and payment will be accepted. The registration fee is $35 and is tax deductible. You will be given a check-in packet, which will contain Check-in Information, Awards and Judging Instructions, Windshield Sticker, Voting Ballots, and a Goodie Bag. Car show staff will aid you in checking in and will issue you a completed windshield sticker. Following check-in, car entries will be directed to where to park along Bell Street. Coffee and donuts will be available for a nominal donation in the morning located by check-in, while tri-tip Sandwiches will be available by the Beer Garden in the Men’s Club adjacent to the park. The Car Show will begin at 09:00 am and end at 3:00 pm. Cars are welcome to remain until 5:00 pm at which time the roads will reopen.
